Two retailers new to the market are working on storefronts at St. Johns Town Center – Swiss made Breitling replica watches and Relax In Comfort furniture.
The city is reviewing permit plans for both.
1:1 US fake Breitling 1884 is shown as a tenant at 4751 River City Drive, Space 143-A, an end space next to Levi’s and across a side street from Urban Outfitters.
No contractor is listed for the 1,253-square-foot build-out at an estimated project cost of $75,000. Sargenti Architects of Paramus, New Jersey, is the architect.
The permit says the project is tenant improvement to an existing retail storefront modification.

Landlord Simon Property Group has been relocating retailers in the Town Center as they group stores by market.
That grouping has opened up a space in the Nordstrom courtyard storefronts for Relax In Comfort.
The furniture store is in review for 4818 River City Drive, No. 105, which is where White House Black Market temporarily operated while its new space was built-out next to Aritzia near Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Relax In Comfort is shown in 2,047 square feet of space. Interior Buildouts Inc. is the contractor for the estimated $120,541 project to renovate the space.

Relax In Comfort could not be reached for comment.
Its site says it now is part of the global family of Furniture For Life galleries. FFL Brands Inc. is based in Boulder, Colorado.
